Zombies On Ice v0.1

Player controls:

Move the mouse to steer.
Mouse click to jump.
Right mouse click to brake, or to drift when taking sharp corners at high speed.
Space bar to attack with your hockey stick**
Press C for a non-lethal blast.

Zombie Controls:

Press X to spawn a single zombie.
Press Z to spawn 10 zombies. 
Press E to start Endless mode. 

Menu:

Press R to restart.
Press P to pause.

**Attack is not yet animated, but still has effect.
