Zombies On Ice v0.2

Player controls:

Move the mouse to steer. Mouse click to jump. Right mouse click to brake, or to drift when taking sharp corners at high speed. Space bar to attack with your hockey stick** Press C for a non-lethal blast.

Coin Mode:

Press 1 through 4 to buy and place a trap. Zombie kills are worth 5 coins.

Menu:

Press R to restart. Press ESC to pause.

**Attack has a short invincibility duration to be more forgiving, and hits zombies during the animation.

Zombie Controls:

Press X to spawn a single zombie. Press Z to spawn 10 zombies.  Press E to start Endless mode.
